Seasonal contract FAQ
When does my service start?
Your contract covers the full winter season — typically November through April, or whenever meaningful accumulation occurs. We monitor conditions continuously and dispatch the moment accumulation hits 3 inches at our Floyd Ave reference point.
How do I know you actually showed up?
Every visit is GPS-timestamped. You receive an automated text confirmation after each clearing. If you ever have a question about a visit, we can pull the GPS record.
What if we get an unusually heavy snow year?
Your price doesn't change. Seasonal contracts mean unlimited passes for one flat fee — five storms or twenty, your cost is the same.
What's included in the price?
Driveway clearing is included. Walkways, sidewalks, and paths are not included in the base contract but can be discussed at sign-up.
Do I need to be home?
No. We work around your schedule. Most customers sleep through the service and wake up to a clear driveway and a text confirmation.
How is my price calculated?
Pricing is based on your driveway size — we measure at quote time so there are no surprises. Call or request a quote online to get your firm number.
What if we don't get much snow this year?
Seasonal coverage is intentionally priced as insurance — like a homeowner's policy. A light winter means a great return on investment and total peace of mind. A heavy winter means you're covered at no extra cost while pay-per-storm neighbors rack up bills. That's the whole point.
What's the 4-6 hour window guarantee?
Under normal conditions — a single storm event, not back-to-back blizzards — we clear all contract addresses within 4-6 hours of deployment. Heavy equipment events or stacked storms may extend this, but we're communicating throughout. We don't disappear on you.
What if your equipment goes down?
We run multiple M-series tractors and maintain backup equipment. If something mechanical happens, we still come — service may take longer than usual but the commitment doesn't disappear. We built redundancy into the operation for exactly this reason.
Do you only snowblow, or do you plow too?
Snowblowing is our specialty — it's what our equipment is built for and why our results are different. The cyclone method eliminates the banks and lawn damage that plowing creates. We service the 315 area with this method specifically because Rome winters demand it.
Stop managing winter. Start ignoring it.
Coverage is limited to our service area and route capacity. Lock in before spots fill — once you're on, you're covered.
